Who We Are
Tony Oddo is a Birmingham, Alabama–born resident who began his journey in real estate on the commercial side in 2004. Early in his career, he built a 20,000-square-foot retail shopping center where he owned and operated a business, personally building out suites that were leased to tenants for more than 15 years.
Through this hands-on experience, Tony developed unwavering expertise in construction, property management, and thoughtful design layout of retail spaces.
In 2019, Tony founded Heritage Holding Company and transitioned into real estate investing full time. His extensive background in commercial real estate allowed for a natural and seamless shift into the residential space. Since then, he has renovated over 26 homes and has been involved in countless real estate transactions in the Birmingham and Atlanta metro markets.
Tony takes great pride in navigating complex closings, including probate and inherited properties, inherited property with multiple heirs, pre-foreclosures, landlord buyouts and properties with eviction in process. He founded the company with one simple belief: homeowners deserve straightforward answers and personalized service that can adapt to their unique situation. Tony enjoys working directly with sellers, helping them maximize their options by openly sharing rehab numbers and in-depth sold data—all with the goal of empowering homeowners to make the most informed decision possible.
